    University Players is a constantly evolving, not-for-profit organization consisting of students from the university at large. As a service organization, its members have served the community by performing at schools, retirement facilities, and children’s homes. For the department, University Players endeavors to provide educational workshops and bring in theatre professionals to speak with the students. At the close of each year, University Players holds an awards banquet honoring the most outstanding actors, actresses, designers, and technicians in the department.

    Message from The President:

    I want to start off by welcoming you to the University Players' website. I know that we are going to have a great year. We have plenty of events and activities planned this year, and I know that we are going to have fun. We have several KUPS events planned this summer and for the following semesters. We are working of a slew of events for Howdy Week including our annual Howdy Party, an Improv Theatre Showcase, a "Bored" Games Night, and Auditions Workshops. I hope to see both old and new members at our events and I cannot wait to get the year started.
