There are a variety of musical groups within the Center. The music of live bands and choirs fill the building as students use their talents to worship God.

Seraphim Choir
The
Seraphim Choir was founded in Fall of 1998 in order to provide special music for
worship a few times each semester. Since
then, Seraphim have grown into a large musical group which sings at TNT every
week in addition to a concert each semester.
The Seraphim Choir tackles a fun and often challenging repertoire and is
open to all for membership, regardless of musical background or level of
experience. One of the
greatest rewards for joining the choir is the annual Seraphim Choir
Trip. Each year the choir goes to a
different location in the country to perform a major work of music and to have a
lot of fun. Seraphim meet for
rehearsal every Monday at
Chi
Rho
Chi Rho, the first two letters of “Christ” in Greek, is the name of our performance/outreach band. They strive to spread awareness of our ministry to United Methodist churches in Texas and beyond through contemporary Christian music. Music offerings from Chi Rho often include compositions by the band members themselves. They can be heard at many different churches on Sunday mornings and at concerts given regularly at the Denton Wesley Foundation.
Praise and Worship Team
Each week a group of students at “The Center” lead musical worship by singing and playing contemporary praise and worship songs. The Praise and Worship team is known for an excellent standard of musical quality and dedication to positively guiding the attitudes of worship.
