Small Groups
Small Groups are a way to Study and Discuss the Bible in detail with a small group of people. These studies run throughout the semester, and all students are welcome to join in at any time throughout the semester.
Small Groups at the Denton Wesley Foundation--Spring 2008
Pre-Theology Group: Mondays @ 12:30 PM - (Led by Andy Stoker)
Come discuss a variety of topics, from troublesome bible passages to controversial philosophies, all while enjoying the random humor of Rev. Andy Stoker of First UMC Denton. This is a great group for anyone who may be considering going to seminary or is interested in theology.
Worship Planning: Tuesday @ 4:00 PM - (Led by Cammy Gaston)
Come study the scripture that will be preached at the following TNT worship service. Give your interpretation of the scripture and how it relates to our lives as we find creative ways to hear the Word.
Cell Groups: Thursdays @ 6:30 PM - Student led
Cell groups are family groups focused on Bible study, fellowship, accountability, and prayer. To be placed in a group contact Tim Glaze!.
