Offensive stuff
- Terms (ie tranny, he-she, shemale, etc)
- Questions (genetalia, previous name, why?)
Pronouns
- If you know they're trans, address them as they identify
- If unsure, address them how they present
- Use neutral words
- “How do you want to be addressed?”
Main point / closing - may not understand but try to accept and treat people with dignity & respect
