The Society of Physics Students (SPS) at the University of North Texas (UNT) sponsors an annual event known as the Physics Olympics. Traditionally held in the spring, the 22nd Physics Olympics will be held Saturday, April 10th. More information on the Physics Olympics is available here. Teams for the competition will be invited from regional high schools, and the winning team members receive a scholarship offer to attend UNT as a physics major.
