• The TREC is in the process of changing the classes that are required to take the licensing exam. If you have already completed the three classes we encourage you to the exam. You must first get a letter explaining UNT's arrangement with TREC from Kim Bryant in the real estate office. Send this letter with your transcript, otherwise you will not be able to take the exam. The required classes are:

  • REAL 2100: RE Principles I & II

  • REAL 3100: Agency

  • BLAW 4770: RE Law & Contracts

• A note for those about to graduate, remember that REAL 4400: RE Valuation is only offered in the Fall semesters and REAL 3100: Agency is only offered in the Spring semester. So make appropriate changes if necessary.
