Student organizations are required to register once each long semester with the Student Activities and Organizations office. In order to maintain your web hosting services each organization must maintain active registered status, abide by all University policies, procedures, the Student Code of Conduct and all local, state and federal laws. If your organization is in violation of any such laws, policies or procedures the University reserves the right to revoke internet services.

**IMPORTANT**: All correspondence will be sent to your Eaglemail account. You must check your eaglemail account.

Email Information:

Top-level alias (organizational E-mail) is not a new E-mail account, but only a pointer to an existing account.

Organizations can pick to have either a mailing list or a local NewsGroup, but not both.

Any question(s) in regard to E-mail alias, mailing lists, and unt
news server should be directed to postmaster@unt.edu

Web Information:

Creation of a new web account takes up to 7 business days.

Any question(s) in regard to web account access or creations should be directed to www@unt.edu
