The purpose of this organization is to serve as a resource on all issues related to Africa. We are striving to increase awareness in terms who we are and what role Africa can play in the global community of the 21st century. We also endeavor to assist newly arrived students so as to ensure their experiences of
their first days within America are as comfortable as possible.

Our Mission is to enable our members to realize their career goals in the shortest time possible. The association will also serve as an educational resource about Africa, it's diverse cultures, languages, history and all other related issues
concerning Africa.

Our Vision is to become one of the most active student organization both within and outside the University of North Texas.
