PANTS Meeting

REGISTRATION has been EXTENDED for the Mid America Print Council Conference
By Dave Koen in NewsWe are seven weeks away from what promises to be an amazing event…and we have extended the early bird registration! REGISTER before Midnight SEPTEMBER 13 to avoid a higher registration fee.
The 2010 Mid America Print Council Conference “New World/Old World” hosted by the University of Minnesota in collaboration with regional institutions and volunteers.
The conference features speakers/artists Swoon, Carlos Amorales, and Josh MacPhee with public art projects by Lisa Bulawsky and Artemio Rodriguez. This is an all-star line up, along with action-packed demos and thought provoking panels.
The Walker Art Center, The Minneapolis Institute of Arts, Highpoint Center for Printmaking, The Minnesota Center for the Book Arts and regional colleges and galleries are all collaborating to make this the event not to miss!
Along with open portfolio there will be a regional press fair as well as vendors on site, a free (with registration) BBQ and a printmakers ball.
This promises to be spectacular, so please register now so that we can plan for your arrival!

It is time for the first PANTS meeting of the semester!
