Paul R. Blackwell, Information Scientist

An experienced businessman and computer scientist, Mr. Blackwell is a recognized authority in geographic information systems and has served as a computer systems scientist at Stephen F. Austin State University for many years. He is well known among state, federal and private GIS scientists as an innovative and pragmatic individual with a long track record of accomplishment. He holds a bachelor's degree in computing systems technology, along with a master's Paul R. Blackwelldegree in forestry, geography and agriculture.
