o Class Information Sheet: List classes taken this semester…see those interested in creating a commuter contact list
B. Gooch – “Sorry I cannot be here. I may not be able to attend Wednesday meetings, so I’d like to see if people want the second meeting on a different day by show of hands or votes, or whatever...Welcome!”
C. Greg - Report Bank Account Balance: As of July 25, balance of $188

A. Feedback on New Student Orientation and Dinner Reception

Schedule For Fall
· When: Time frame…every two weeks, what days?
· Where: Do they like current location…other ideas?
C. Discuss Possible PASA Planning Retreat For The Weekend
· Tentative What: A half-day retreat to plan for activities for the fall semester. Social activities, food, and focus group style planning.
· Tentative Where: City of Addison Town Hall, note will send maps and directions
· Alternatives: (Wooten, Argyle,….)
Tentative Time: 10-2
· Feedback:
o Relay to members the need for a planning session such as this one
o Need to see who can attend, if not many need to come up with alternate plan to get a list of possible activities from members (Alternate choices: different day, place, email feedback)
· Working with SAO office to raise money for Red Cross, may need volunteers to man tables in the next week or so…anyone interested?
· Also raising money for the University of New Orleans College of Urban and Public Affairs…we will accept money or students can do the following:
